If you are experiencing some of these symptoms, it may be due to menopause. Visit your physician to make sure that these symptoms are not caused by other medical conditions.
Sometimes symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia and irritability can be aggravated by personal and familial upheavals. Many studies have shown that there is a close interaction between body and mind, hormone changes, and between stress and emotion, no matter what your age. Therefore, addressing your present life conditions in context to what is happening to your body is an important strategy for reducing how menopausal symptoms can affect your day to day life.
It is important to approach menopause from a positive frame of mind; to learn about its causes, symptoms and how to prevent or alleviate them.
